Prybar is an AI office manager for home-service businesses. It answers your customers' texts and calls, books jobs, sends quotes and invoices, and chases the follow-ups you never get to — around the clock.
What Prybar actually is
Prybar is not a chatbot on your website and not a message-taking service. It is a dedicated business phone number, staffed by an AI that knows your business, wired into your schedule and your money, and supervised by you from one dashboard.
Three things make it different from a generic AI assistant:
- It answers in seconds, always. Not during business hours — always. A text at 2 AM on a Saturday gets the same response time as Tuesday at 10 AM.
- It only knows what you tell it. Prybar is built to never invent a price, a service, or an appointment. When it does not know something, it says so and flags the conversation for you.
- It finishes the job. Answering is the start. It books the appointment, sends the estimate, invoices the work, and follows up when a quote goes quiet.

What it costs
One plan, published price. Office Manager is $39/month and includes unlimited AI texting plus the whole office — booking, estimates, invoices, jobs, dispatch, and the tech app.
The AI voice receptionist is an optional $29/month add-on with 150 minutes included, then $0.25/minute. You can add or remove it at any time.

What Prybar is not
Knowing the limits matters more than the feature list. Prybar is built for small home-service businesses — solo operators and crews of roughly one to five people.
- It is not enterprise dispatch software. If you need payroll, complex multi-department routing, or ERP integration, products like ServiceTitan or Jobber fit that shape better.
- It will not make up answers. That is a feature, but it means the quality of what Prybar tells your customers depends on how well you have taught it your business. See Training your AI.
- It currently speaks English and Spanish. A customer who writes in Spanish gets Spanish back. Other languages are on the roadmap.
